Open House Set for March 21
An open house will be held Saturday, March 21, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. MT at the new Western Sky Community Care Center building, located at 351 W. 10th Street in Grant, NE. Special dignitaries will have the opportunity to make remarks at 2:00 p.m. Guests will be able to tour the facility and enjoy light refreshments.
As a new nonprofit, skilled nursing home, Western Sky is on schedule to begin operations in April 2026. The open house celebrating the completion of construction marks a milestone in the effort to restore long-term care to Perkins County.
"Please put March 21st on your calendar," said board president Mark Bottom. "Plan to come and celebrate with us, tour this beautiful new facility, and recognize what community can do when we share a vision.”
